Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Dog earplugs are for personal, inner-ear use. For health reasons, all sales are final and there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you find a defect in the product, contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of receipt.  Defective product are exchanged, and in the rare occasion of a refund, they are provided only to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Our accessory line of hats, flags, coffee mugs, etc., are exchangeable within 2 weeks of receipt if damaged in shipping. Contact our Customer Service department for help. Refunds are not available on our accessory line.

Shipping

Our dog earplug products ships UPS within 4 business day, excluding weekends or statutory federal and state holidays (WA/MI states, USA). USPS tracking information is emailed to customers once product leaves the store. Use the USPS tracking portal to inquire on status as they are responsible for delivery updates. Our accessory line items are shipped within 7 to 14 days, depending on product ordered. If any of our products are returned to us due to wrong address provided, unfortunately we will need to charge for re-shipping. We only ship to the countries listed during check out. If we do not ship to your country, do not use a reshipping service as this voids all exchange/returns/refunds. Read more here about 3rd party shippers.

Holiday Shipping Information

It’s best to order at least 21 business days prior to a major holiday. This includes July 4th and New Year’s Eve. By ordering within this guideline, your dog earplug product will ship timely, training can occur, and avoids panic for you and stress for your dog. Return requests due to late ordering are handled in compliance with our Returns/Refunds policy found at the top of this page.
